The room was stinking, the ac was not working. The bed was not at all comfortable and there were no options for breakfast

No lights in washroom, no proper ventilation, rooms were very small, tv was not working, no tea/coffee available, cleanliness was also not proper, smell all around.

Hotels are not provided room with booking hotel stop telling me rooms not available i already booked but room not given so i booked in same cost so i will double charge this is very bad
